The 2011-2012 registration packets have been mailed to all current participants.  These forms are also available to be printed from the list below.

Fees:         $85.00 per child

Late Fee:  Additional $25.00 family late fee after deadline

Registration Deadline:     June 17, 2011 for current participants

                                          Immediate return for new participants

Hall Monitors: Hall monitors will be needed to strictly enforce the use of designated school doors during student arrival and departure and to monitor the hallways when classes are in session. This is to ensure our continued efforts for student safety are carried out successfully. Each family will be assigned to monitor two sessions.

Form Instructions:  Please be sure to complete the Family Registration form (both sides) and Student Registration form (both sides) and mail to Religious Education Office, 8550 Main Street, Williamsville, NY  14221.  Be sure to include your registration fee.
